They’re also gluten free, soy free, wheat free, and contain no traces of nuts or coconut oil.
If you’re not vegetarian or vegan and aren’t worried about the soybean phytate content, the Spring Valley softgels are a slightly more affordable option (2 cents per capsule cheaper at time of review).

Spring Valley supplements are not to be confused with the products from Spring Valley Herbs. Spring Valley is actually a private label vitamin line from Walmart, similar to the Kirkland Signature label from Costco.
