Vitafusion Biotin Gummies Ingredients
Vitafusion are somewhat unique in offering a biotin supplement in gummy form. This is compared to the softgel or tablet delivery systems used by companies such as Natrol and Sports Research.
In each 2-gummy serving you’re getting 5,000 mcg of biotin. This is less than the 10,000 mcg offered by Natrol Maximum Strength and Doctor’s Best, but still more than Nature Made or Bulk Supplements.

Vitafusion is currently one of the only companies making biotin gummies. Nature Made also have their own version, but this only gives you 3,000 mcg of biotin instead of 5,000 mcg.
The downside with gummy vitamins is they tend to be more expensive than softgels or tablets. They also contain sugar, which isn’t ideal for diabetics, and gelatin - making them unsuitable for vegetarians.
That being said, gummy vitamins certainly have a more enjoyable taste than pills or tablets, and they can be a great option for younger children (Vitafusion’s bestselling Gummy Vites).
Although the Vitafusion Biotin gummies aren’t as expensive as the Nature Made version, you’re still paying at least twice the price you would for the same dose in tablet form (usually around $0.29 per serving).
If you’re looking for a cheaper biotin supplement, we recommend Natrol Biotin. The daily recommended dose is just one tablet, they’re suitable for vegetarians, contain no sugar, and can cost as low as $0.06 per serving.
