Each 4-capsule serving of VitaBreeze Glucosamine provides you with 1500 mg glucosamine sulfate, 1000 mg chondroitin sulfate, and 600 mg Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM). These are three of the most popular and effective nutrients for supporting joint health, enhancing joint mobility, and reducing the risk of developing degenerative joint problems, such as Osteoarthritis.
But does it really work? Does turmeric provide any advantage over traditional glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM?
In this review we’ll compare the VitaBreeze product to two other top rated Glucosamine supplements; Zenwise Labs Joint Support, and Schiff Glucosamine plus MSM. This includes the best time of day to take it, recommended dosage, price, ingredients, and customer feedback.
We’ve also added recommendations for the best supplements to combine with glucosamine, to help maximize your results. Two examples are Vitamin D3 and Omega-3 fatty acids, which are commonly used to inhibit the inflammation process associated with Osteoarthritis, reducing the pain felt in your knees, hips, and hands.
VitaBreeze Glucosamine Ingredients
VitaBreeze Glucosamine is one of the few joint support supplements to include turmeric in its list of ingredients.
Curcumin makes up between two and six percent of this spice, which in this case would be 3 to 12 mg per serving. This is something we’ve noticed in other glucosamine supplements, such as Zenwise Labs Joint Support.
So is there any benefit to using turmeric instead of curcumin as an anti-inflammatory?
Some medical professionals recommend supplementing with turmeric for a minimum of 8 weeks before you’ll notice the full benefits. But they also recommend taking 400 to 600 mg of turmeric extract three times per day, which is a much higher dose than VitaBreeze Glucosamine provides.
At least one published paper has studied the potential for curcumin in treating osteoarthritis (OA). The paper concludes that curcumin has great potential as a complimentary treatment for OA in humans, which is backed by the conclusion of a separate study, published in the Osteoarthritis and Cartilage journal.
In addition to 300 mg of turmeric, you also have the proven combination of glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate, as well as MSM.
Suitable for vegetarians?
Unfortunately VitaBreeze Glucosamine isn’t suitable for vegetarians or vegans due to the way the glucosamine and chondroitin are derived from shellfish and animal cartilage. For a glucosamine supplement approved by the Vegan Society, we recommend DEVA Glucosamine MSM & CMO.
Allergen warning: Contains shellfish (shrimp, crab, lobster, crayfish).

VitaBreeze vs. Zenwise Labs Glucosamine
VitaBreeze vs. Schiff Glucosamine MSM
What sizes are available?
VitaBreeze Glucosamine has a serving size of 4 capsules, meaning each bottle provides you with 62 servings. Based on the recommended dosage, this is enough to last you just over 2 months.
At the time of writing this review, each serving was priced at $0.44, which puts it close to the Zenwise Labs glucosamine. The big difference is that the Zenwise product has nearly twice the MSM and slightly more chondroitin, but doesn’t include the turmeric that VitaBreeze does.

Who are VitaBreeze?
Co-founded by Benjamin Lasance in 2013, VitaBreeze are a small supplement company that offers three products; Glucosamine Chondroitin & MSM, Pure Turmeric Curcumin, and Omega 3 Fish Oil.
But despite their modest product catalog, their products have already proven incredibly popular, amassing thousands of highly rated reviews on Amazon alone.

Each bottle also carries the symbol for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), which shows they’re in compliance with the FDA’s requirements for processes, safety procedures, and packaging standards.
Review Overview
Overall Review Rating
4.5 / 5
VitaBreeze Glucosamine is similar to Zenwise Labs’ Joint Support supplement, in the sense that it’s built upon the big 3 ingredients and created their own unique joint health formula.
Whereas Zenwise added boswellia, curcumin, and hyaluronic acid (HA), VitaBreeze have added turmeric. Curcumin is actually the key substance in turmeric, which serves to reduce swelling and ease the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis.
The VitaBreeze supplement provides 200 mg less chondroitin, and 400 mg less MSM per serving, compared to the Zenwise Labs supplement. Unfortunately it was VitaBreeze Glucosamine that was the more expensive option, priced at $0.44 per serving compared to $0.40.
Curcumin is also said to only make up around 6% of turmeric. Considering VitaBreeze contains 300 mg turmeric per serving, this can only be a maximum of 18 mg. In comparison, Zenwise Labs provides you with 100 mg of curcumin, in addition to 100 mg of boswellia and 25 mg of HA.
In summary, we love the fact VitaBreeze have stuck to using glucosamine sulfate, and combined it with an effective dose of chondroitin. But the price would need to come down closer to $20 per bottle (250 capsules) for us to choose it over Zenwise Labs Joint Support.
