Each serving of Nature Made Multi Complete provides your body with 23 key nutrients for daily nutritional support. This includes 100% of your RDA for Vitamin B6 and B12, Zinc, Iron, and Vitamin K.

But with 300% of your Vitamin C RDA per 1 tablet serving, how do you know if this is a safe dose? What if you’re already taking a protein powder with its own multivitamin complex?

In this review we compare the USP Verified Multi Complete to two other top multivitamin supplements; MusclePharm Armor-V, and Nature’s Way Alive Max Daily. This includes ingredients, dosages, cost per serving, price, and customer feedback from the thousands of reviews on Amazon.

We’ve also added recommendations for the best protein powder to combine with Multi Complete to balance your vitamin, mineral, Omega-3, probiotic, and protein intake.

Nature Made Multi Complete Ingredients

Despite being one of the cheapest multivitamins on the market ($0.07 per serving, at time of writing), the vitamin and mineral profile of Multi Complete manages to rival some of the market leaders, such as Centrum Adults.

Compared to the Centrum supplement, you’re getting the same level of vitamins D (1,000 IU), B6 (2 mg), B12 (6 mcg), and biotin (30 mcg), with triple the amount of vitamin C (180 mg vs. 60 mg).

Multi Complete is also one of the few multivitamins that provides 100%+ of your Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for iron, with 18 mg per serving. This is the same as you’ll find in Centrum Adults, Nature’s Way Alive Max Daily, and Optimum Nutrition Opti-Women.

With the exception of biotin (30 mcg vs. 400 mcg), Nature Made Multi Complete provides you with higher doses of vitamins and minerals across the board, compared to the bestselling gummy multivitamins from Vitafusion.

What sizes are available?

With a serving size of 1 tablet, each bottle provides you with 130 or 250 servings. This is the equivalent to 130 days or 250 days of multivitamin support. Multi-buy deals are also available on Amazon, where you can buy up to 12 bottles together for a discount.

At the time of writing this review, the best value for money comes from the multi-buy deal on 12 bottles of 130 tablets. Each serving was priced at $0.06, compared to $0.11 per serving with the single bottle of 130.

However, realistically you won’t need to buy 4-5 years worth of multivitamins at the same time. In this case, your best option is the single bottle of 250 tablets, which was priced at $0.07 per serving.

This is why we always recommend calculating the average cost per serving, across all sizes, before making a final buying decision.

Save money with Amazon

If you’re looking to save money on your monthly supplement order, you might want to consider the Amazon Subscribe & Save program.

Subscribe & Save allows you to unlock savings of up to 15% on a wide range of sports nutrition products, including Nature Made Multi Complete (selected sizes only).

You can save 5% with a subscription to 1 product, or save the full 15% by subscribing to 5 products, provided they’re all delivered to the same address. The delivery schedule can be set from monthly, up to once every 6 months.

Although 5 products might sound a lot, if you already supplement with a protein powder, multivitamin, creatine, BCAA, and glutamine, the savings can soon add up. But it’s best to order before you run out of your current supplements, because Amazon set the day of the month each order is sent (same day each month e.g. 14th.).

Who are Nature Made?

For over 40 years, Nature Made has been committed to developing high quality health supplements. From ingredient sourcing and industry-leading manufacturing, to 20+ years of support for public studies and clinical trials, all to guarantee you get the best results out of every serving.

In addition to their scientific research, Nature Made was also the first vitamin brand to earn United States Pharmacopeia (USP) verification.

All new products are backed by scientific research, as a result of the Nature Made Scientific Advisory board. This is just one of the reasons they have such an extensive range of supplements, many with hundreds or thousands of highly rated reviews on Amazon.

Some of the current bestsellers include their Vitamin D3 liquid softgels, 65 mg Iron tablets, and Prenatal Multi plus DHA.

Nature Made supplements can provide a range of health benefits, such as digestive support, heart and health function, and joint support. Depending on your goal, this could include one or a combination of multivitamins, fish oil, minerals, herbs, and even gummies.

Nature Made Multi Complete Review Summary

Overall Review Rating

4.5 / 5

So, is Nature Made Multi Complete the best multivitamin for you?

In terms of value for money, at the time of writing this review, Centrum Adults was a couple of cents cheaper per serving ($0.06 vs. $0.08).

But if you opt for the largest 1560-count container of Multi Complete, the price balanced out at $0.06 each. That's enough to support a family of 4 for a year, at 1 serving per day.

As for the levels of vitamins and minerals, you're actually getting more than you would with the Centrum Adults multivitamin in most cases. This includes triple the amount of vitamin C (180 mg vs. 60 mg) and much more vitamin E antioxidants (50 mg vs. 30 mg).

The only areas you really lose out on are vitamin A (2500 IU vs. 3500 IU) and calcium (162 mg vs. 200 mg).

But being one of the few multivitamins that also provides you with 100% of your iron Daily Value means Multi Complete is exceptional value for money.

If you don't mind paying more per serving and need more vitamin A, C, D, E, B6, and B12, while keeping the iron intake at 100% of DV, we recommend Nature's Way Alive! Max Daily.
